Neck Lump Surgery
Neck lumps are a common head and neck problem managed by Mr De. Both in the private and national health service. One must rule out cancer by performing appropriate investigations including nasal endoscopy, ultrasound guided biopsy and an appropriate scan prior to the treatment. The majority of the time the patient requires the removal of the lump with a neck dissection as a solution to the cancerous growth. This operation is called neck dissection. Mr De has over 16 years of consultant level experience in managing head and neck cancer and tumour problems.
